Capacitors & other Products
CELEM is a Contract Partner of Plustherm Point AG

Celem is the world's leading developer and producer of high power capacitors for induction heating and for wireless power transfer applications.

The extensive catalog of high power capacitors for induction heating, provides our customers with endless options of capacitance, voltages and currents. Celem's engineers and scientists have a vast experience in designing capacitor banks and we provide this knowledge free of charge to our customers.

More than 50 years ago Celem invented the conduction-cooled capacitor, later the well known CSM capacitor and other capacitors and assembly structures that are still the building blocks of the industry.

Celem's recent patented invention, the C-Cap capacitor is a breakthrough in the world of power capacitors, as it doubles the power density of previous power capacitors.

Conduction-Cooled capacitors were invented by CELEM, and are widley used in the industry today. They are very compact and have a high power/voume ratio.
They are used, for example for:
  • inductive heating resonance circuits
  • medical imaging
  • heat treatment
  • plasma applications
  • wireless power transmission
  • electric vehicles
  • high frequency converter
Properties of the high-performance capacitors:
  • polypropylene-conduction-cooled
  • self-regenerating
  • small EST
  • small losses
  • UL94-V0 on request
